African Mango Diet
What is the African Mango Diet? You have probably seen advertisements all over the internet about the fat burning African Mango Diet. But the fact is there really isn't such a thing. As we discuss elsewhere throughout this website, african mango has been tested in a scientific study and has been shown to have unique fat burning properties. And, to be even more specific it is not the African Mango fruit that contains the weight loss properties but the seed. The seed, or pit, of the African Mango fruit is called the Dika Nut. And, to get even more specific, it is an extract of the Dika Nuts from the fruit that contains the benefits and not the pulp or skin of the fruit. But let's get back to the African Mango Diet.
If you are trying to lose fat it makes sense to eat a diet that reduces or eliminates those foods and substances that cause weight gain, such as sugars, alcohol, bread and flour-based foods, fast-digesting carbohydrates, fruits juices which are all loaded with fructose (which is sugar!) and so on. In orders words, observe a healthy diet that reduces those foods that will make you fat.
But based on the research study on African Mango and its fat burning properties... add a supplement which is from authentic African Mango extract derived from the seed of the fruit, called the Dika Nut.
So... African Mango Diet is not a diet at all, but a fruit. The diet part of the phrase is just marketing stuff. The extract from the pit of this rare fruit from Africa is what really deserves your attention. Eating a bunches of mangoes, even African Mangoes, may be healthy and tasty, but that is NOT what was involved in the scientific study that researched African Mango's fat burning properties.
So eat healthy, eliminate the foods and drinks that make you fat and add a quality African Mango supplement to regimen.
