Food

6 pack abs are indeed possible, but you need to carefully regulate the food you consume. Again, it all comes down to eating the right types of food and, just as important, eliminating the wrong types of foods from your diet.

Here are a few quick tips when it comes to food consumption:

Did you know that some vegetables actually help your body to burn fat? It’s true. To get closer to those six pack abs, try consuming cruciferous vegetables. Kale, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc. are fantastic foods that are not only good for you, but they help you burn fat and attain 6 pack abs! Let the food you eat do a lot of the work for you while you go about your normal daily routine!

Next, try eating a bowl of hot soup just before lunch or dinner. Ingesting a small bowl of soup before mealtime can help you suppress your appetite. Soup makes your body and brain think you are full and you will eat less food at meal time!

Another tip: Instead of eating the regular three meals a day, try to eat 4-5 little meals instead. This will do three things for your body: First, it will ensure that your metabolism is working hard for you all day long – not just after mealtimes. Second, it will keep you from munching and snacking on junk food between meals in order to make it to the next meal time. Third, it will keep you from eating too much food at any one meal. Most people are so hungry by the time mealtime comes around that they stuff themselves and overeat. This can be eliminated by smaller meals and smaller portions at regular intervals throughout the day.

One other truth about six pack abs: Don’t eat just before bed. Bedtime is the worst time you could possibly eat. Any food you eat right before bed is going to get stored while your body sleeps. Not good. We all know how the body goes about storing unused food. Yep. Right to your belly! So to help lose belly fat, do NOT eat near bedtime!

Finally, drink a lot of water. Most people don't drink anywhere near enough water. And…Lose the triple latté and you will help lose stomach fat. Carry a water bottle around with you instead. You will not regret it and your body will love you for it. Water is so good for you. Did you know the human body is made up of 96% water?

By following these simple tips and making sure you are doing the right types of exercises, using the right equipment, and eating the right types of foods at the right times, you will achieve a lean body and a six-pack stomach! You can do it!
